Under the “Download and Print” heading there should be a black box with a yellow button. If it’s not there, try reloading or refreshing your page. Occasionally that happens to me also and reloading has always worked for me. Then type your email address where it says email, and click the yellow button. The pdf will open. Then on the top right of your screen you have the options of clicking on the icon for “Download” and / or “Print”.
